Vinification and ageing
Fermented in traditional vertical vinification tanks with the skins. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations is complete, the wine matures for 6 months.
Description
Bright and vivid ruby-red with violet hue. Its sweetly fruity scent recalls raspberries and blackberries. Vinous aroma. Rounded, harmonious and balanced.
Food pairing
Excellent for roasts and grilled meats, baked fish, moderately aged or slightly spicy cheeses.
Serving temperature
Serve at 14º-16ºC, a little cooler than usual for a red wine
